How to Determine Dates

Find the second Monday of any month, count back 4 days. Those are the only 4 days to legally place BULKY TRASH at curbside for pick-up by the city without danger of being fined.

How to Spread the Word

We had hoped that neighbors would share this info with any neighbors who don't seem to understand this system. We would like for our White Rock Village neighborhood to be ugly for only one week each month.
