Code Enforcement

At the moment there is an opening on our board for the Code Enforcement position.  As an association we worked with the city of Sioux Falls to have a faster turn around time to work with neighbors who neglect to keep their properties up to a good standard.  We believe in keeping the neighborhood cleaned up and free from code violations that this will enforce the broken window theory.  The Broken Window theory is if there is a window fix it and continue to fix things up so the property values will be at their peak year round.  If you would like to help keep our neighborhood clean, please attend our board meetings.  the way we handle code enforcement is to fill out a form anonymously and report it to the city.  You can also go to the city's webside at www.siouxfalls.org and there is a link on their you can report an eyesore yourself. We meet on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at East Side Lutheran Church from 7 pm to 8:15 pm.
