How to Apply for Bloom Grant

Complete a Bloom Grant application & a Bloom Grant agreement (copies are available as links on the home page). Submit the completed copies to the WIN address shown on the form.

Bloom Grant Eligibility

A neighborhood association must be a paid member, in good standing with WIN in order to be considered for a Bloom Grant. Any neighborhood member can be considered for one Bloom Grant per year. See Bloom Grant Agreement for other terms.

Bloom Grant Funds

Thanks to generous donors who support the Bloom Grant program, Wichita Independent Neighborhoods is able to support many neighborhoods in building stronger organizations. Past donors to this program include the Boeing Company and Intrust Bank.
