Wildwood Neighborhood

I was wondering if the neighbors in the Wildwood development would like to start a Neighborhood Association. I am not sure what we would need to do, but was wanting to see if there is any interest in it. I am sure we could be more efficient at watching out for each other if we could come together as a group several times a year and get to know each other better. Any ideas?
