Does anyone feel like the WFEMA has no respect for the homeowners. I am paying a monthly fee for a service not because I like handing out money. They don't tell us when the lawn mowers will be own MY PROPERTY, they dont let you know when they have put fertalizer on the yard(I have children that makes me concered). They just sent out this letter bashing the homeowners, how can you blame us for wanting to know where our money is. Some of us dont have the time to attend meetings(we have to work to pay you), and the board was stealing money. The rates keep rising, all of these things combined should have us all concerned about this association.
Feels good to vent, anyone else have input?
