In the the neighborhood a resident has spelled out "UTOPIA" on the property as you can see when driving in and out of Willhaven Estates Community to and from Gordon highway. That UTOPIA sign is unique whoever has done this is creative. It looks great. The only thing I would recommend is to grow grass around it. My opinion the community should let it stay if they are trying to make the resident remove it. What's your opinions on this neighbors?
