November and I'm sorry to say I have moved my family out of the Williams Court Area. We moved back to our hometown NY where the laws protect families better and confronts slumlords and deals with them according to laws and sticks with it.
It's too bad and I really loved Biddeford maine too, so didn't my kids, I could'nt subject my kids to the nasty living situations or the drugs thats in that neighborhood. I tried to help those and the laws just don't care neither does the Mayor, It's true.
