WHATS WRONG WITH OUR CITY!!!! PLEASE READ!!!

why can't we have a decent city to live in, why don't the law enforcement do more then just give slaps on the wrist.
Biddeford is so badly run downed it's aweful! I live on williams court in biddeford it's aweful here! Drugs, under age drinking, stabbings, dealers and it's just getting worst, slumlords who don't care. Actually I blame the city officials, when we complain the complaint just sits there, when we go to the town meetings and complpain the complaint sits there!! WHY!!! if anyone has a solution or help please contact this sites operator, with your comments and suggestions on how to take our city back and make it a better place to love.
