Several residents felt this needed to be addressed, so:
There seems to be some stealing going on with regard to personal property continually being taken from a particular front porch. It does appear that it is being taken by an adult, or group of adults, that live in Windsor Hills. Although you may think it is in good fun, the homeowners (& several of their neighbors) no longer find the humor in it. Residents should not have to chain their statues to the posts on their front porch; they would much rather have you stop by & welcome them to the neighborhood rather than take things from them. Enough said.
