Oklahoma City Ordinance 49-45(b) Curbside service states that trash ?“containers including cart(s), recycling bins, yard waste cans and plastic bags shall be placed at the curb line of the street from which the residence is serviced?…[but not] within four feet of either a mailbox or tree. The containers shall not be placed on the sidewalk.
Containers should be placed at the curb no earlier than 7:00 p.m. or one hour before sunset, whichever is earlier, on the evening preceding the collection day and must be removed to a point at the side or rear of the structure not later than 8:00 p.m. on the day following collection.?”
Oklahoma City Ordinance 34-4(1) Specific Noise Prohibitions states that ?“the following acts...are declared to be excessive or unusual noises in violation of this chapter: Animals and birds. owning, maintaining, harboring, or maintaining for hire any animal or animals, bird or birds, which, by frequent or prolonged noisemaking, produce a noise disturbance?…?”
Oklahoma City Ordinance 32-322 Parking of certain vehicles in residential districts states that ?“no vehicle which is in excess of seven feet in width, or 24 feet in length, shall be parked on any street in a residential district between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. except in case of an emergency and for the time necessary to load and unload.?”
Neighborhood Services' Code Enforcement Division informs us that ?“grass and weeds become a violation when they reach 12 inches in height. Property owners are also responsible for maintaining alleyways and right of ways adjacent to their property.?” Ordinance 35-63
