Willow Creek I HOA

Willow I, especially on E. Long Ave by the elementary school, is getting a lot of junky pick up trucks that look like they are work truck. I thought there were rules against pick up trucks and work trucks that aren't parked in garages. One truck is over-sized with four wheels on the back axle and it has a missing fender which looks like it happened from an accident. This issue and the falling down fences really make the sub-division look bad.
