My name is Stephen Walker and I'm currently in the process of purchasing a home on Willow Creek Dr.
Not to be disrespectful, but after several years of working private security for HOA's i have little respect for them. It was surprising to me that the trailer im buying turns out to be in an HOA. In researching this area, i have failed to locate any updated information on this association. Is there a way for me to get an up-to-date list of regulations and restrictions, dues, and any other policies Currently in Place? How does everyone feel about the current administration and its policies? What are the current issues and problems in the area?
