Willow Falls HOA

Fees are getting out of hand. Residents need to unite to fight these outrageous fees. We need some accountability. We need to demand an acounting of all the expenditures. The association is sitting on a cash cow. A reasonable fee should not exceed $100. Fees currently are equating to about 1/3 of  the mortgage...this is robbery.

I agree.  And with each year, the HOA fees increase.  The fees increase and the upkeep is getting worse.  When you call either the local office or the corporate office in Plano, they act unconcerned or act as if they are clueless. Terrible!

$2736.00 for the current HOA year!!! and will continue to go further, soon, our mortgage will be less than the HOA, amazed that no one seems to be concerned.
