Board Meeting
Call to Order
President Margaret Robinson called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. Board members present were Bill Geneske. There was not a quorum.
Management Report
Mike told the Board that he was trying to get the parking lot repairs scheduled to begin in April.
New Business
There was no new business.
Old Business
Margaret and Bill gave Mike the red-lined Rules and Regulation documents so he could begin to create a new set of R&Rs.
Adjournment
With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 8:05 PM.
