2003 Annual Meeting Minutes

January 14, 2003

President Margaret Robinson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Board members present were Kathy Beres, Bill Geneske, Fred Dittemore, Pat Corrigan, Christy Brolyer, and Joann Brown. A quorum was established.

Secretary Christy Brolyer read the 2002 Annual meeting minutes. A motion was made to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded and carried unanimously.

Margaret Robinson reported on the areas of concern for the past year. She first summarized the opening of the swimming pool and the installation of the security cameras. Secondly, the installation of the new street light, as well as security lighting around the clubhouse and installation of new furnace systems in the clubhouse were discussed. The continuing roofing problems are still being addressed.

The next area of concern was the hiring of a new management company and the reasons that the board felt it was time for a new management company. She introduced Mike Adams of Faith Property Management.

Margaret Robinson presented the budget and highlighted several items. The dues will remain the same for the 2003 budget year. There were no questions from the floor.

Margaret asked for nominations from the floor for the two directors, each for three-year terms. Jeanette Fraser, Christine Robinson, and Joann Brown were nominated. Ballets were given out and Jeanette Fraser and Christine Robinson were elected.

Several Homeowners expressed concern about the roof and phone line condition. Faith is to contact the phone company in an effort to determine who's responsible for what portion of the phone lines, and will be in contact with the homeowners as well as the board in an effort to get the roofing issue put to rest.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M.
