BYLAWS OF WILLOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. - Art. 10-12

ARTICLE 10

10.1 The fiscal year of the corporation shall begin on the first day of October and end on the last day of September in each year.

ARTICLE 11

11.1 The Board of Directors may determine from time to time the amount of fees and annual dues payable to the corporation by members. The initial fee for membership shall be $25.00 per member. The Board of Directors shall not set the annual amount of dues more than $25.00 without approval of the membership at an annual or special meeting.

11.2 Fees, assessments and dues shall be payable to the corporation when the member receives a notice or statement therefor.

11.3 When any member shall be in default in the payment of any fees, assessments or dues for a period of six (6) months from the time such member received statement or notice of same, his or her membership may be terminated by the Board of Directors in the manner provided in Article 2 of these Bylaws.

ARTICLE 12

12.1 Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions of the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act or under the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws of the corporation, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.
