I would like to inform the residents of Second District, that The 2500 Civic Association in partership with The City of Wilmington, The Second Districts Planning Council,The Healthy Nrighborhood Project, and a number of Civic Association in the area on May 10, 2004. We move 58 tons of trash and clean two lots. This could not have been without YOUR HELP ! ! !
We also send THANKS to Councilman Norman Griffths,Senator Margaret Rose Henry, State Repersentative Dennis P. Williams, and State Representative Hazel Plant for donating the Plants that were distributed. Last but not least Michele Griffths President of The Second District Planning Counsil for the Food.
I would like to see some of the small Associations join with other Assooiation, we are two many and too small to be really EFFECTIVE ! ! !
