Annual meeting summary:

Winchester welcomes two new board members, Robert Toudouze and James Brown.
After significant deliberation, the new Board of Directors reversed the decision to increase the assessments. The Board will convene a budget committee to evaluate our financial and budgetary needs.

Your 2008 monthly assessments will remain, for the time being, at the 2007 levels. If you have already paid the increased amount for January, the excess will be held as a credit balance and will offset the February, and in some cases part of March assessment.

After the budget committee has made it's recommendations to the Board, a ballot on the new budget will be voted on by mail. Expect this in March, 2008
