Winchester ½ Price Community Yard Sale!! Why ½ price? Well,
very few have committed to our neighborhood sale, eliminating the cost for advertising in local magazines and newspapers. Also, Charlotte finally has a website where you can sign up for yard sales on your own. Believe it or not, we Charlotte city residents ARE required to have permits for sales.
If you would like to join the fathful few selling items on September
29th
1. Go to https://biztax.mecklenburgcountync.gov/yardsale/Default.aspx,
the paytax.charmeck.org website to pay your $5.00 yard sale fee before the 29th.
We will have put up the BIG sign on Prosperity Church Rd that day and I advise you to have the permit on hand just
in case.
2. Work with your neighbors on your street/cul de sac to make signs at cross roads guiding shoppers to you on that day.
