I went to the meeting held on April 28 regarding the new homes that may be built on the property to the east of Tones Estates. This developement will bring in additional traffic to Claiborne St., as well as smaller homes(69) on much smaller lots(50 by 85). If you are concerned about this, there will be a City of Gilbert zoning meeting to change the zoning from commercial to medium/high density residential, on May 2, at 5:30PM at the Gilbert Town Hall on Warner and Gilbert. The Shea Homes Residents will be present to fight this zoning change. PLease attend if you are concerned as well.
