I live in West Shore of Wind Drift.
I am am concerned about the maintenance of the grounds around the mailboxes and the park. There is trash and animal waste all over, even after the landscape maintenance people come through. Are they supposed to be responsible for cleaning the trash up? Plus there is graffeti all over the walls by the drainage basin.
