Brookhaven Homeowners Association

Why are the meeting minutes not posted to the website in a timely manner? I just checked and they are still showing the minutes for July 2005. It would help the community stay more informed if the minutes were updated.

We are trying

We had a lot of turnover in 2006 and had a very small board,(3 people) trying to run the whole association. Minutes were kept, but we have had difficulty getting them on line. We are now in contact with neighborhood link.com and trying to get the minutes online for interested residents.

More minutes

We have posted more of the minutes. Still not perfect, but with the change of officers we are catching up. Hopefully by the end of August we will be caught up.

Community Website Info

Two questions.
1. When is the next community garage sale scheduled? It is not listed on the community website
2. Can't you/we post the Brookhaven newsletters onto the website? It would be helpful if there was a link to all published past and present newsletters to keep for references.Many other subdivisions do this.
