I am planning to buy a condo at Windmill Creek Condos. Can you guys suggest whether it is good idea or not? I see there are construction defects and Windmill Creek re-construction department fixing them. Do you think we may have special assessment after 15 million dollars used up for re-construction? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
