Dear President Fennessy & Vice-President Urban,

I had asked the Board of the following question at least twice in March of this year, right before our General Annual Meeting, and up to this day I still have not received an answer.

In the Board of Directors?’ Meeting Minute of November 18, 2004, Item #5?…?…?…?….Kerri Thompson, Co-chair of the Pool Committee, gave a report. The committee had reviewed the Longhorn Aquatic pool contract?…?…?…?…Kerri?’s research showed that Longhorn Aquatic should be paying between $75,000 - $90,000 a year?…?…?…?…?…?…?…?…?….

CCHOA?’s Income & Expense Statement of 2004 indicated that the Association had only received $30,000 from UT Longhorn Aquatic. So, where was the rest of the money?

If you don't have the answer, please ask our honorable Ex Vice-President, Steve Bartlett. As the leaders of the Association, you two have the obligation to obtain this information for us. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Lisa Sun
