this is very true we did agree to the HOA when we purchased our homes however the HOA was to take care of the home owner. They are not taking care of us! the common area’s look like trash there are beer bottle, sheet rock, and other trash everywhere making our neighborhood look like a dump.
We have people parking on the sidewalks. there are broken down cars everywhere in the what little visitor parking there is. the roads are in need of repair and they only thing that has been done is sigh put up in the HOA names. If the HOA has extra money why are you wasting on sigh’s why not give it back to the people that paid it! Or fix the roads and clean up the gutters?

What can we do as home owners to get what we are paying for? Get rid of the cats, the cars and the trash. Fix the roads and take care of Windsor park 2. As an HOA your ripping us off. We have rights and if it's time for us as home owners to start using them.
