Reorganization of parking spaces at the Preserve is just about complete. There are still several spaces that need to be renumbered and others that need to designate as Visitor parking. We are currently waiting for the weather to clear up and for Pulte to schedule their recourses to resolve the issue.
We are targeting November 30th for completion of this project.

Installation of signs throughout the community; Speed limit, Stop, Children at play, Pick up after your pet, etc is still in process. Determination of what and where the signs are to be installed is still in process. Focus is on ensuring the signs are effective however we want to ensure that we do not take away from the look of the community.

Installation of irrigation system to water the trees surrounding the community has been put on hold. After consultation with Irrigation professionals and landscapers it was agreed that our trees will be established by next year and the need for irrigation would be unnecessary.

A New Display Board is being installed at the mailbox area to allow for posting of notices from homeowners and other official HOA Notifications. Unsightly postings on our mailboxes will be restricted. The Communications Committee will manage postings. Look for details once the new display board is installed.

A closing and locking mechanism is being researched so that the back gate to the Promenade Mall will remain closed and access restricted.

Other landscaping improvements that are being planned for this fall are picnic tables and seating in our shaded areas.
