WINWARD POINTE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.

This is a ballot for the election of five (5) members to the Board of Directors of the
Winward Pointe Homeowners’ Association, Inc. You must be the owner of a lot (in good standing) within the Windward Pointe community to be entitled to vote. Only one vote per Household is permitted.

The names provided below have been placed into nomination for the Board of Directors. A total of five (5) candidates are being requested. Residents are welcome to submit their name at the meeting.
