The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Board of Directors has resolved many of the issues initially brought forth by homeowners in the community over the past several months. Any modification to the common grounds or to the exterior of a townhouse unit must be submitted and approved by the ACC prior to the modifications being made. These changes include: new fences, storm doors, landscaping, water features, yard art, etc.
CCM is responsible for reporting all violations of the covenants and by laws to the ACC. Our most troublesome Violations that continue to occur are:
A. Speeding
- Speeding through the community is a major safety issue. Please slow down. Our speed limit is 25 MPH
B. Overnight parking on the street
- This is a serious safety issue. Overnight guests or if your vehicles will not fit in your designated parking spaces, use the many available visitor parking spaces.
C. Trash bins being left out past Saturday.
- Trash bins left out for an extended period takes away from the curb appeal of our community, for both your neighbors, and potential homeowners.
Both of the violations are enforceable though fines so please try to follow the rules! Our goal is to create and maintain a safe and attractive community, which will lead to increased property values for all homeowners.
To request for approval of additions or modificications to the exterior of your home, which includes doors and windows, or to modify landscaping the the addition of yard art, please submit and email to your ACC for approval BEFORE starting your project. The response from your ACC is within 30 days, however most often it is within a two week period.
