A car being parked on the grass, what used to be nice but the area is now sunken, muddy and the band-aid of the stones to serve as driveway is grotesque.
The property in question has made part of the once grassy front yard a driveway that is devaluing adjacent properties .
This driveway looks like it belongs in a rundown trailer park, completely against HOA guidelines. The owner has been asked to correct it. He is making a mockery of our covenants and, if he is to make this a driveway, at least concrete what is part of his property. I find it impossible that a HOA inspector has not noticed this awful site but we written up for trash bins left on the street for a half of a day!!!
Please contact the homeowner and get him to comply with the deed restrictions and fix the situation, a black mark in the neigborhood.
