Hi everyone,
We have been in our neighborhood for over 14 years and we have not had a single problem. However a year ago, we had a new family of 10 people move next door to us, and they have caused much chaos to our neighborhood.
My family loves to spend time outside, and my brothers especially love to play basketball on our court. We are sometimes outside till maybe past 9pm. We don't think that is to late to be out. However, our neighbors think it is. Several times we have been out close to 9pm and they have come out yelling at my brothers to stop playing basketball, because according to them it is to late. We find it rude for them to do that. However, before we say anything back, we would like to know if there are any rules or regulations stating how late someone can be out. Is there a set time that the neighborhood has to stop all activity outside. I do want to be respectful to all neighbors, and we would like to confront this situation in a proper matter. Can anyone assist me with this or direct me to the appropriate location to find the answer. Thank you
Priscilla
