A neighbor has a dog and they NEVER clean up the dog poop, which does not make it pleasant to sit outdoors on my own patio, because the smell. Is there any codes rules/violations against homeowners that do not clean up their yard that is full of dog poop? Please Help!!
I would like to enjoy being outdoors in my own backyard!
