Looking for suggestions

Dennis was unable to continue on this project, so Judy and I took some time and, with Graham's guidance, kicked around the bowels of the complex. We found several saunas, hot tubs, locker facilities, and available space. Most of those facilities are pretty dirty and unused. but there are tons of great possibilities for an exercise area. I have asked a local archatect to look at what we have available and make some recommendations. At the next board meeting (Feb 8) I shall present some suggestions and cost estimates. Your opinions and comments are requested and appreciated.
