BTW, don't count out this neighborhood or even the SE when it comes to nice places to live.  You'd be surprised to find that realtors who list houses in this area are called back with considerable interest and crime is almost non-existent in our borders.  WHEN PEOPLE ACTUALLY STEP UP AND SHOW THEY CARE, ALL OF US IN FORT WAYNE AND ALLEN COUNTY BENEFIT!  WE HAVE A NEIGHBORHOOD WHICH ENCOURAGES AND WELCOMES ALL PEOPLES, REGARDLESS OF CULTURE OR OTHER PERCEIVED DIFFERENCES; AS A RESULT, MANY WHO USED TO LIVE IN CITY, NORTH AND LOST HOMES, NOW ARE OUR NEIGHBORS!
