Greetings! Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. Later today I will be delivering the new December Association Newletter to each of you. Enclosed with the Newsletter is a 2003 membership form. Association dues have been increased to $20 per household this year, but I think you will agree it is still a bargain. We were forced to raise the dues to cover the higher costs of professional lawn care for the common areas in our neighborhood and to purchase a sign for the Shelley Lane entrance to our community. Last year 23 of the 32 households in my area of responsibility joined the Association. Let's try to make it 100 percent this year!
