We can make our own board. All we have to do is pick a time and place. Collectively, we are the majority shareholder of the association and Mark would definately listen to our voice. Just pick one night a month and all get together. Perhaps the 1st Thursday of every month.....

Probally the Bondurant post office required this. You try loading over 100 mail boxes in subzero weather with the wind blowing and snowing or freezing rain and I think you would agree the enclosure is necessay. |

It is clear many do not know why they have to make rules. The diaper issue is a HEALTH issue and is by law followed in all of our city pools. Most of the rules are the same as public city pools and are made to issure both health and safety. If people just used common sense they would not have to make rules. |

Not so!!!!!!!!!!! Mark is THE MAJORITY as he owns the majority land. As soon as he has sold over 50% of the comples he will then be in minority and a new board will be established. As long as he is the majority there is not a thing we can do. |
