Do you think it would be nice if we could rent the pool for 30 minutes to an hour for birthdat parties? I just thought it would be kind of nice for birthday parties for the kids.  Clearly they should only allow like one booking a day or something like that, so people just aren't renting it for no good reason.  There are always rule breakers and people taking advantage!  It could be posted a week in advance on the door so people knew it would be closed for thirty minutes?  It may be a terrible idea.  I would even pay $50 to do it.  That money could go towards gym equipment or whatever the clubhouse needs.  Just an idea. I am not sure how it would be regulated and worked out. 

Nice idea, but it would be very hard to sell.  There are many who don't have children and probably wouldn't think it was fair.  What about if we were able to have it before it was scheduled to open??  I can't remember when it does open. Something I would for sure like to explore.  We would have to set  a limit on how many times families can rent.  Maybe say 1 time per summer.  So that the same family didn't get it each time. Good idea though. When we get our association, we can bring it up!!

Oh yeah, I would be ok with only getting to do it once a year.  It wouldn't have to be just for birthday parties.  Just an "event" kind of a thing. I think it's do-able down the road for sure.  It would have to be written out really well before it was presented. 

How about havi g the CLub House Calendar on-line?  I'd like to have an idea of when it is available and it's not always convenient to go to the clubhouse.  Also, the reservations are only posted for 2 months.  I'd like to see a calendar for the year like there used to be.  Certainly we can drag the reservation process into the electronic age.
