I am curious of the fiscal obligations of the HOA and their duty to serve the community. With the recent snow the roads and even acces to our home is not safe. We pay our HOA fees on time every month and have the expectation that snow removal is granted EVERY time it snows. This would include clearing road ways and clearing walkways.
On a side note there are many other things that have not been taken care of. When we walk the neighborhood we are constantly reminded of the degrading state of the neighborhood by seeing litter everywhere. I would like to remedy these issues prior to any negative action taken against the HOA.
