June 2011 Newsletter

The Woodbridge Forest/Cliffs Board met on June 11, 2011. The 2011-2012 Board of Directors were elected and are as followed:

We would like to give a special thank-you for the improvements that have been made to our community signs. Thank you Harold & Barbara Carnegie, Phyllis Hancox, and Jose Rojas for repainting them! Helping by volunteering and maintain the areas that we own together as an association helps to keep property dues down and property values up. If anyone is willing to help with the resurfacing of the tennis court please contact one of the Board Directors for details. We are also asking for donations for the resurfacing of the tennis courts. We do not have enough funds available for the high cost of this endeavor; however, it is necessary to complete this task immediately. If you would like to make a donation please contact Barbara Carnegie.

If anyone does not have a copy of the by-laws please contact Joan Kinney by email.

In efforts to more efficiently send newsletters we are attempting to use an email approach. We are asking for email addresses to complete this task. Attached you will find an information card with suggestion and concern boxes. Please complete and return it to Barbara Carnegie. For the people that are currently receiving the letter by email you can email them back to Rachel Ellis.    

WARNING- FOOD MUST BE CLEANED UP AT THE POOL. CONTINUED NEGLECT WILL RESULT IN FOOD BEING BANNED FROM THE POOL! PLEASE BE CURTIOUS TO YOUR COMMUNITY!
