 WELCOME WOODBURY RESIDENTS!

We are pleased to offer a web-site for the homeowners in Woodbury Estates. Check

back for updates semi-monthly on events and information regarding our neighborhood.

ISLAND UPDATE 

Finally the dying pear tree has been removed by the city at the smaller island at Woodbury and Old

Village.  We will be hiring a crew to do some minor clean-up.  We are planning on doing a major

neighborhood clean-up in the spring, so if you live near an island that needs special attention please

contact Doreen and let her know.  Also look for new neighborhood Christmas decorations!

 DUES

If you haven't paid your $40 garden club dues please do, we use the funds to pay for

the upkeep of the islands.  Please drop a check off at Laura and Norman Pendergraft's house,

at 4605 Old Village Rd, (mailbox is fine).

Anyone interested in hosting the Halloween party this year please contact Doreen.  The

Lehrmans, who have graciouslly hosted the parties in the past are stepping down.  Paula Lehrman

is willing to help out anyone who would like to host, so if you have the time please consider it.
