Here it is March 6th, only 14 more day's until the first day of Spring, yay! Every house in the neighborhood should have received a newsletter concerning the yearly Garden Club due's as well as information about the upkeep of the common area islands. We will be posting the total amount paid for landscaping each time we hire a contractor so everyone will be aware of our costs.

The neighborhood planning committee is considering creating a new neighborhood directory this year. Look for a questionnaire within the upcoming months.
