Minutes For Board Meeting May 7th, 2007

?· Meeting called to order 7:15 pm
?· Roll call: Herman Stephens, Audrey Kalbach, David Wakefield, Charles Moody, Al King(absent), Ron Namias, David Gross (absent), Patty Namias, Aubrey Earnhardt (absent).
?· Minutes were read by Patty Namias and agreed on
?· Charles Moody gave treasury report. Beginning balance was $16684.73. Annual deposits up to May were $12,140, expenses Jan to May -$5117, ending balance $23706.83. 120 out of 161 homes had paid their dues, 75%. Financial Report was approved as read.
?· Reviewed at the request of Shelby County Planning and Development the plans for Dexter-way for building a single home/unit on a piece of property adjacent to the subdivision. A letter is to be sent to them stating we prefer the area to stay environmentally the same.
?· Gayer Bayer made a presentation to the Board on Community Watch. The topics he reviewed were
o Community support of Cordova High School ?– they need over 100 volunteers to support enrollment day.
o Community watch of the subdivision being built across from ours. Cordova Community Watch was trying to poorly developments from decreasing the values of our homes.

?· Next board meeting was schedules for May 20, 2006, 7:00 pm, to discuss Annual Meeting Preparations.
?· Herman made a motion to close meeting, everyone 2nd.
