Dear Woodchase Homeowner,


Happy New Year to all! It is hard to believe that the 2005-year has passed so quickly. We wanted to give you a quick update of the many neighborhood-enhancing projects that were accomplished last year with your support. As many of you know our back gate has been a huge convenience for all of us. It saves a lot of time accessing our neighborhood and allows us to do so in a much safer manner by utilizing the traffic light on Germantown road. During the summertime our Homeowners Association replaced the wood fence along Dexter Road. This entrance to our neighborhood is again appealing to the eye and looks great. With the help of Tom Kassing, Herman Stephens and our city councilman EC Jones our Homeowners Association was able to convince the city to replace the existing streetlights they initially installed to the beautiful ones we have now. Many of the other neighborhoods around us have expressed their envy and want their Associations to do the same for them. Our Homeowners Association also made a request to the city to paint the fire hydrants and it was done before the fall season. All of these wonderful additions could not have been done without the support of you and your neighbors.

In order for our Homeowners Association to continue to upkeep the entrances and enhance our neighborhood, we need your support. The association dues are just $100 a year per household. This is a bargain when you consider it is an investment into the value of your home?’s equity.

We have attached a form for updating the information in the neighborhood directory. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact any of the volunteers on the Board of Directors. Please send in your dues and the directory information form by March 1st. We have included a self addressed stamped envelope for your convenience.
