HOA Annual Meeting - Dec. 5, 2007

Woodgate South

This Annual Meeting of the Woodgate South Homeowners Assoc. was called to order at 6:45 P.M. by its President, Jim Royston.

In the absence of a veto by the members, the 2008 Budget was ratified. Budgetary issues discussed included condition of Reserves, Svirsky lawsuit expenses (at this Mr. Svirsky presented his own budget discussion which was terminated by those in attendance through a show of hands), trash expense increase. It was agreed that financials will be included with future budget mailings.

Certification of Quorum
A quorum of those entitled to vote at this meeting was certified as being present in person or by proxy.

Proof of Notice
Proof of Notice of the Annual Meeting was presented.

Reading of the Minutes
Mr. Royston read the minutes of the 2006 Annual meeting.

Election of Directors
Nominated was Mayer Bayer. There being no other nominations, Ms. Bayer was elected by acclamation.

Discussion
Mr. Royston led a discussion on the possibility of a park on the south side of the community, the status of 5174 FW, status of the land to the west, homeowners were reminded that the exterior of all fences are to be stained by 7/09, and the poor condition of the paint on many homes .

Upon motion duly made, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:55 P.M.
