HOA Board Meeting - June 11, 2008

Woodgate South

This Board meeting of the Woodgate South Homeowners Assoc. was called to order at 6:40 P.M.

Quorum
Doris Bender
Gary Ryan

Randy Watt was present for Western States (Managing Agent).

Homeowner Comments and Guests
Prairie dog control should be brought to the attention of the city or county.

Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the meetings held on 4-30-08, upon motion duly made, were unanimously approved.

Management/Maintenance Report
A. Svirsky Lawsuit- Awaiting decision by Coloado Supreme Court.
B. Financial Review- Financials were accepted and disbursements were approved The Board requested June financials to be mailed to homeowners.

ACC Report
Painting requests are coming in.

Old Business
A. Perimeter Fencing- It was noted that homeowners should not use the fencing as a landscape barrier. Trees and bushes are to be kept away from the fence.
B. House Painting- It was noted that several other homes are being painted that werer not on the list created by the ACC.
C. Neighborhood Party- Awaiting for volunteers to organize the event.
D. Neighborhood Watch- Volunteers are needed.
E. Website- Ms. Bender is working on a no cost site with the city.

New Business
A. HB1270- Ms. Bender will contact interested venders to present ideas at the next meeting.
B. Correspondence- 15264 PP will complete and clean up landscaping. Progress will be monitored by the Board.

There being no other business to come before this meeting, upon motion duly made, the meeting was adjourned at approximately 7:45 P.M.
