You may want to check your Waste Management/Garbage Gobbler invoice. I noticed I was being charged San Antonio city taxes on my invoice. I called Waste Management at 648-6006 and spoke to Pamela Duke (ext. 5019). I am to receive credit for their mistake. I asked about whether or not the rest of the subdivision was being charged this tax. Ms. Duke's reply - "they will have to call in if there is a problem". Since we are not city of San Antonio residents, we should not be charged city taxes for this service.
