Any pending issues out there?

Unleashed Dogs is a problem in Woodlake.  My dog was attacked by an unleashed dog yesterday morning.  The owner was in his front yard with his 3 dogs while I was walking my dogs on a lease acroos the street from him home.  I advised the HOA Board and reported the incident to Animal Control.

Does anyone else have problems with unleashed dogs in their neighborhood?  If yes, can you tell me how you approached the problem?  Did you get resolution?
