Neighborhood Events

1. 2006 Annual Meeting Notice: Saturday, January 7th, 3pm at the Clubhouse. We will elect a Vice President and Treasurer for the next two-year term, discuss dues and have reports from the treasury and committees. We will also discuss any concerns you and your families have. Please contact this board for items you wish to be officially placed on the agenda for discussion.

2. October Children?’s Costume Party: Again, a big success! Thanks to the volunteers who made it happen! Candice Smith, Shelly Vincent, Rich & Maria Smith, Clara Jeffrey, Doug Hersey, Paige Carlson, Kiersey Pamplin, Brandon Armour, Donna Shaw and others. A portion of our budget helped defray costs. Volunteers and a chairperson are needed for 2006. Ask how to get involved!

Neighborhood News / Issues

1. Street Parking: Try to avoid it! Please consider using your garage for parking and not storage of household items. Also remember that citations will be issued for blocking sidewalk passage across driveways.

2. Neighborhood Directory: Is being worked on for early-January release. Please be sure your information is up-to-date, and to contact us if you do not want your e-mail address to appear in the directory. Thanks to our new directory coordinator, Maria Smith!




3. Fences and dogs: Many of our old fences needing repairs have been replaced or worked on. Thank you for getting with your immediate neighbors on the need, timing, and cost-sharing. Feel free to contact this association for professional references. We also want to thank all dog-owners for your courtesy and consideration of your neighbors in halting incessant barking. Complaints should first be aired to your neighbors and board members.

1. Congratulations to recent new Grandparents, Bob & Patty Franzese and Mike & Dale Robidoux and to new Parents, Shane & Mellissa Wilson and Lee & Lori Stark! Please don?’t hesitate to inform your board of important events in your lives you would like to see published!
