This welcome letter is meant to give all of our newer neighbors some useful and basic insights into your new community. Whether you’ve arrived from here in Norman or anywhere else, you will find great enjoyment in your choice to live in Woodlake Estates!
Our Association is made up of 100 homes, with an elected resident Board of Directors and an ever-growing number of voluntary Committees. We welcome everyone to volunteer your input, services and insights toward any aspect of the continuing improvement of our community. We also encourage everyone to get out and ‘meet your neighbors’...the best first step in our neighborhood watch program and crime prevention. The following information and much more can be found on our neighborhood website, at the top of the page.
Annual Dues of $210.00 are due and payable on January 1st each year. Late fees are incurred after March 31st, but we encouraged you to pay as early as possible in January.
