From time to time we all have troubles with drainage or see problems arising in the neighborhood from the occasional heavy rains.  If you notice a problem that you would like the association to address, simply call your community leaders to report it.  We will take whatever steps we can to rectify it.

What gives us the responsibility to adhere to some directive put up there by one who doesn't even live in the drainage basin?  We have been watching as bodies and sludge pass through our property since the last flood, and not once has a proper authority come by, whether in a car or in a raft.  I do think I saw one floating by the other day, but he was not dressed in the expected dark green uniform, rather a yellow bird suit or something.  Oh..sorry my Wife tells me that was a bird...one of those damned canary pidgeons that they bred from those sanitation workers last year.
