HOW DO I GET ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL APPROVAL?

Submit all plans, plats, pictures, drawings and information to C.I.A. Services 4204 Gardendale, Suite 305
San Antonio, Texas 78229 BEFORE YOU BEGIN CONSTRUCTION--or go to their website (link below). All buildings including storage sheds need City of Schertz Building Permits. Be sure your contractor has this permit before he starts construction. Contact the City of Schertz for details.

For details please refer to Article II - Use Restrictions of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions -- please remember to allow at least 30 days for a written reply.
